Job Description Summary
The AVP - Finance role supports financial activities across the First Insurance Funding business, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and business performance insights. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide analytics, reporting, and decision support to help achieve financial and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead profitability analysis, Relationship Manager budgeting and financial reporting for P&C Business
- Lead ad-hoc projects, analytics and reporting to support strategic decision making
- Lead calculation and reporting ffor agent commissions
- Serve as internal consultant for business initiatives including report automation, technology improvements, process redesign, and platform, product, & channel analysis
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant financial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent judgment and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail with consistent, high-quality deliverables
- Microsoft Office suite experience; Advanced Excel skills ; experience with SQL, Power BI a plus

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
