Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure Container Services (Client). The ideal candidate will have strong Azure architecture experience, DevOps automation skills, and hands-on expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale cloud environments. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, technical leadership, and experience implementing secure, scalable Azure solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure services.
- Configure Azure Active Directory, Application Gateway, Azure DNS, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Deploy and support containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Service (Client).
- Automate cloud provisioning and operational tasks using Azure CLI, Azure CloudShell, PowerShell, and Terraform.
- Design and support Azure-native services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Data Lake, Event Hub, and networking components.
- Implement secure cloud networking using Hub-and-Spoke architecture, Virtual Networks, Security Groups, and related Azure networking services.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to review, finalize, and obtain sign-off for architecture and ARR design documents.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices for Azure cloud implementations.
- Support cloud migration, modernization, monitoring, optimization, and governance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 18+ years of enterprise infrastructure and cloud experience. Proven experience designing and implementing Azure enterprise cloud architectures. Experience leading cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. Strong understanding of DevOps, automation, cloud security, and governance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.Required Skills:
18+ years of overall IT experience. Strong Azure Cloud Architecture experience. Expertise in Azure Infrastructure services. Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Service (Client). Strong DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience. Hands-on expertise with Terraform. PowerShell and Python scripting experience. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Event Hub, and Data Lake. Strong knowledge of Azure networking including Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Application Gateway, Azure DNS, and Hub-and-Spoke architecture.
