Job Description
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Azure Cloud Services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, GitHub for version control, and basic PowerShell scripting.
- This role involves designing, implementing, and managing DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support our client's digital transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep.
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and automation.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
Must Have:
- Strong experience with Azure platform and its services, including App Services, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure Functions.
- Ability to manage and configure Azure resources.
- Hands-on experience with Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure deployments using Bicep templates.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control, automation, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), for container management and orchestration.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management tasks.
- Experience implementing Azure Monitor for monitoring and logging solutions to ensure application availability and performance.
- Strong understanding of GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for automating testing, deployment, and other DevOps workflows.
