Job Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer for their Jersey City, NJ location.Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Cloud Operations & Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Azure Container Registry.
- Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) directly into the deployment pipelines and ensure compliance across all cloud environments
- Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (IaaS and PaaS), including Azure Boards, Repos, and Pipelines.
- Infrastructure Tools: Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
- Container Technologies: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting: Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or bash..
