Job Description

INTEGRANT CULTURE & TEAM

Integrant has 34+ years of experience solving mission-critical business problems for U.S. enterprises in biotech, medical devices, manufacturing, finance, and other regulated industries.

What Differentiates Us:

  • Deep technical expertise (data engineering, ML, AI, agentic systems)
  • Long-term enterprise partnerships (not transactional)
  • Rigor, empathy, and measurable outcomes in everything we do
  • Team of builders who care deeply about solving real problems

Your Marketing Role: You'll be the voice of Integrant's AI and Agentic capabilities to a market that's still learning these concepts. You'll work closely with technical leaders, customer success teams, and enterprise buyers to build a credible, differentiated market presence. This isn't a pure brand or social media role—it's a strategic marketing leadership opportunity.

The Opportunity

Integrant seeks a high-caliber, hands-on B2B Marketing Lead to own and execute our go-to-market strategy for AI and Agentic solutions in the U.S. enterprise market. This is an individual-contributor role for a strategic marketer who can equally shape positioning, collaborate with technical teams, produce compelling content, and drive campaign execution with precision.

You'll build credible market presence, generate qualified leads, and directly influence pipeline growth for our enterprise solutions. This role requires someone who understands how enterprise buyers think, translates complex technical capabilities into business value, and measures success in qualified leads and pipeline outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Positioning

  • Own the marketing narrative for Integrant's AI, Agentic, and ADLC capabilities, positioning them as solutions to real enterprise pain points
  • Develop a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, buying journeys, and competitive landscape
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value for enterprise prospects
  • Partner with sales and leadership to ensure marketing activities drive qualified lead and pipeline goals
  • Research and adapt based on market feedback, competitive moves, and buyer shifts

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build and execute a content strategy that establishes Integrant as a credible enterprise AI partner
  • Produce or lead creation of high-quality assets: thought-leadership articles, case studies, solution briefs, white papers, website content, LinkedIn content, webinar materials, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate closely with technical SMEs to extract insights and transform them into clear, engaging market-ready content
  • Maintain a high standard for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality across all communications

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns targeting U.S. enterprise prospects, particularly around AI and Agentic solutions
  • Drive campaigns from concept and messaging through asset creation, launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Coordinate activity across LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars/events, landing pages, and sales enablement
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Create campaign briefs, timelines, and performance reporting with clear ROI metrics

Demand Generation & Measurement

  • Focus relentlessly on generating qualified leads—not vanity metrics or brand awareness alone
  • Define and track relevant metrics: target-account engagement, content performance, marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline influence
  • Continuously analyze performance and optimize based on data: refine messaging, adjust audiences, evolve channels
  • Establish feedback loop with sales to assess lead quality and refine targeting

Requirements

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the past two years in marketing, business, communications, economics, analytics, or a related field.

• At least two relevant internships in B2B marketing, technology, SaaS, consulting, sales enablement, demand generation, communications, or a related area.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear business-facing content.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence using data to understand campaign performance.

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred

• Internship experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

• Portfolio of writing, campaign, research, event, social, or analytics work.

• Exposure to B2B technology, AI, cloud, software services, healthcare, manufacturing, or other enterprise markets.
