Government Marketplace is a woman-owned B2B consulting firm with over 10 years of experience helping businesses access federal government contracting opportunities. We are seeking Remote Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a full-time W-2 remote employee position.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound phone calls to U.S.-based businesses from a remote/home office
Educate business owners on Government Marketplace’s government contracting consulting and registration services
Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for senior consultants
Follow call scripts and compliance standards
Document all interactions in our CRM
Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals
This role involves remote business-to-business phone sales and appointment setting.
Remote Work Requirements
Quiet home office environment
Reliable high-speed internet
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM EST
No nights or weekends
No door-to-door or in-person sales
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay + commission+ bonuses
Paid weekly
Paid training

Qualifications
Prior sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
