Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Specialist to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, analyze business data, implement strategic initiatives, and support continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with teams across departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR, IT) to improve workflow and coordination
Implement and manage tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency
Assist in the development of operational policies, procedures, and documentation
Lead or support special projects, including business transformation initiatives
Track KPIs and help ensure alignment with organizational goals
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and business software (e.g., CRM, ERP)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
