WeMow Indy is looking for a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team.
 

Part-Time to Full-Time Lawn Care Technician (W-2 Employee)

Pay: $15–$35 per hour (Performance-Based)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, ~9:00 AM to ~5:00 PM (weather dependent)
• Weekends off unless weather forces schedule changes

We’re a small but growing lawn care company currently made up of a dedicated two-person team. We take pride in delivering quality lawn cuts and maintaining clear, respectful communication—with each other and with our clients. As our customer base continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our team and grow with us long-term.

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. This is a W-2 position with performance-based pay, meaning the more efficient and high-quality your work, the more you can earn—$15 to $35 per hour

We encourage applications from two-person teams (such as spouses, siblings, or housemates) who are able to work together reliably using one shared setup.
 

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a mower and a reliable way to transport it to and from job sites.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, consistent cuts
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
• Flexibility with scheduling — we do not operate in poor weather conditions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various temperatures

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform full-service lawn care (mow, trim, edge, and clean up)
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients
• Work independently or as part of a small crew
• Help keep each job running efficiently and on schedule
• Represent the company in a respectful and professional manner
