Position Overview

As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that ingredients are properly prepared and ready for service. Your responsibilities will include chopping, measuring, and organizing food items while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our success in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient prep station.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Supporting kitchen staff by ensuring a smooth workflow during service.
• Working efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Learning and applying new food preparation techniques as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, knife skills, and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
