Title: Harvest Worker/General LaborerPay Rate: $20/hr. on W2 Location: Fremont NE 68025Shift: 1st 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Duration: 6 months contractJob Summary:Client into agricultural processing, is currently seeking candidates for seasonal positions as Harvest Outside Worker at our Fremont location.Job ResponsibilitiesUnload grain.Perform clean-up work.Perform some minor maintenance.Assist in other areas of grain handling.Job Requirements:Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, which may include:Prolonged periods of standing and sitting.Working in confined spaces.Working from heights.Bending and kneeling.Climbing stairs and ladders.Working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, dust, etc.Moving up to 50 pounds.Ability to wear a respirator.Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Willing to work overtime, weekends, and nights.Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed.Exhibit a professional image at all times.Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.Pre-Employment RequirementsSuccessful completion of company s pre-employment process is required, which may include:Drug/alcohol screenMedical historyBackground checkOther job-related functional evaluationsThe company is an EOE for minorities, females, protected veterans, and individuals with a disability.
