Job Description

Job Title: DevOps Architect Location: United States,Texas,Dallas Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and security across our software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery. Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic. Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry best practices. Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and operations teams to streamline development and release processes. Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices across the organization. Conduct performance tuning, system troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi). Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container security. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps principles. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Experience with service mesh, API gateways, or serverless architecture. Knowledge of compliance standards like SOC2, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
