As a Guest Services provider, you are the front lines of the salon and the client's first point of contact, whether via phone, text, or face-to-face. Your role as a Retail Beauty Advisor is responsible for helping customers select and purchase home care. Performing operational items as outlined in the job description and exceeding customer expectations with great guest care on the front lines.
