Job Description

Introduction

Join our Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) team, where we support the Capital Management function within Corporate Treasury. We are embarking on a Technology Transformation Journey to develop and implement advanced capabilities for Data Ingestion, Rules Authoring Execution, and Analytics. This is a greenfield project aimed at replacing multiple legacy applications within Treasury Technology, including critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV and FRTB.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
Delivery-focused techno-functional expertise
Proficiency in SQL programming, preferably with databases like Oracle Exadata
Programming experience in Python or Java/.Net
Strong understanding of Capital Markets with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations
Familiarity with regulations within the Capital Markets space (e.g., Basel, CRR, CRD IV)
Attention to detail and self-starter, with the ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing
Understanding of machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods
Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Analyze and interpret complex data to drive project outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
