The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and AI/engineering teams to drive requirements for next-generation AI-enabled banking solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for investment banking platforms and AI-driven use casesTranslate business needs intofunctional and technical requirementsfor Agentic AI-enabled solutionsWork with AI/ML and engineering teams to define workflows involvingLLMs, autonomous agents, and decision systemsDriveprocess improvement and automation initiativesacross trading, custody, asset servicing, or risk workflowsPrepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement walkthroughsSupport UAT, validation, and rollout of AI-powered solutionsEnsure alignment withfinancial regulations and compliance standardsMandatory SkillsStrong experience inInvestment Banking / Capital Markets domainAsset Management / Custody / Securities / Trade Lifecycle preferredHands-on experience working as aBusiness Analyst (8 10 years)Exposure toAgentic AI / Generative AI / LLM-based solutionsExperience in:AI-led automation or intelligent workflow systemsUse cases involving chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agentsStrong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories)Stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of tools/frameworks likeOpenAI, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI ecosystemsUnderstanding ofdata models, APIs, and system integrationsAgile / Scrum experienceExposure tocloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Work ModelOnsite:Boston (Client Office 5 days/week mandatory)
