If you are a Dispatcher with experience or an aspiring Dispatcher, get ready to join the best team out there! We want to see you grow and achieve your career goals. We make sure our staff has ongoing training, support and comradery. We are ALWAYS looking for A players to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing client & generating revenue

Notify clients ahead of time without fail if we will not arrive in the specified time window

Communicate with Parts & Purchasing department to help arrange efficient delivery of parts and scheduling of return visits

Debrief with field staff upon the completion of a job

Make sure all invoice and job notes are accurate and updated
