Job Description
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high standards, work with urgency, and are interested in learning the foundations of luxury retail. Sales & Operational Support
- Run merchandise quickly and accurately to support sales associates and client needs.
- Move swiftly between departments and floors with a strong sense of urgency and awareness of sales priorities.
- Maintain neat, organized, and efficient stockrooms and support back-of-house operations.
- Assist management and sales teams with additional operational tasks as needed.
Store Presentation & Maintenance
- Maintain a pristine sales environment through daily dusting, glass and mirror cleaning of fixtures, displays, and fitting rooms.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces meet luxury presentation standards throughout the day.
- Clean interior and exterior windows and maintain a polished store entrance.
- Reset fitting rooms promptly and clean high-touch areas consistently.
- Remove trash, clean common areas, and follow detailed daily cleaning checklists.
Growth & Development
- Observe and learn luxury service standards, product handling, and client experience expectations.
- Build foundational knowledge of merchandise, departments, and store flow.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and communication skills required for a future client facing role.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning, retail sales or support, stock, or operations roles (required).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for cleanliness and presentation.
- Comfortable working around high-end merchandise with care and discretion.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
