Join the action as a Back of House Team Member with Buffalo Wild Wings. This role is truly the heart of our operations, where you'll contribute directly to creating those legendary experiences that keep our guests coming back. You’ll be working in a dynamic, high-energy environment where the goal is always to deliver top-quality food with speed and accuracy. Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or meet applicable legal age requirements).

• Possess strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced setting.

• A commitment to outstanding food quality and guest service through food production.

• Comfortable working as part of a dedicated team.

• While experience is a plus, all backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively across multiple kitchen stations, which may include Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo.

• Execute the production of the entire Buffalo Wild Wings menu, ensuring all food items meet high-quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout every shift.

• Properly manage time and tasks to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment for guests.

• Collaborate with other back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations.

• Uphold all company standards for food safety and preparation.
