We have full and part-time positions available - day and/or evening shifts.

We hire kitchen team members beginning at 16 years old.

If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our back-of-house (BOH) crew

members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a

team to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left

unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
