Restaurant Team Member

Overview:Chick-fil-A is seeking highly motivated, positive individuals to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in serving our guests food that is hot, delicious, and safe to eat. Whether you are frying chicken/fries, assembling custom sandwich orders, or supporting other daily operations, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where kindness, consistency, and excellence matter. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy serving others, take pride in their work, and are eager to grow personally and professionally.

What you’ll do:

As a team member at Chick-fil-A, your role may include…

Use of kitchen tools and machines, including a fryer, grill, food warmers, etc.
Breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, preparing boxes of nuggets, etc.
Prepping salads, cold wraps, fruit cups, etc
Help maintain cleanliness of the store
Re-stock items as necessary
Uphold the Chick-fil-A Core Values, including positivity, consistency, humility, accountability, and kindness
