Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food following Chick-fil-A’s high-quality recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Uphold Chick-fil-A’s CORE 4 values: hospitality, hard work, integrity, and positivity
Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication in every shift
