Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
Stay updated on new products and complete assigned tasks
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
