Job Description

About the job: We are currently interviewing for servers at The '401 Table and Tap. Top servers will have the opportunity to work private catering events making $25+ per hour. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant. Responsibilities: Perform daily duties such as restocking items for dining area and polishing/rolling silverware. Assisting guests with menu recommendations to ensure a great experience. Occasionally greeting and seating guests. Maintaining a clean and orderly dining room setup. Occasionally taking guest orders over the phone and packaging to-go orders. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff. Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills. Willingness to work with others. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred. Food Handlers Certification. TABC Certification. Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Performs high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
