Job Description
A "cart, bagroom and range ball attendant" is a golf course staff member responsible for managing the golf carts, maintaining the bag room, and ensuring the driving range is stocked with clean range balls. Cart Management
- Cleaning and inspecting golf carts after each use
- Staging carts in the designated area, ready for golfers
- Checking cart functionality and reporting any issues
- Loading and unloading golf bags onto carts
Bag Room Operations
- Receiving and storing golfers' golf bags securely
- Retrieving bags and delivering them to carts
- Cleaning and maintaining golf clubs upon request
- Organizing and labeling bags in the bag room
Range Ball Management
- Collecting used range balls from the driving range using a range ball picker
- Washing and cleaning range balls
- Restocking range balls
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the driving range practice area
Customer Service
- Greeting golfers and providing friendly assistance
- Answering questions about the course and facilities
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Required Skills:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy golf bags
