Job Description

Circa 1886 is looking for an experienced baker to make various breads and tea items for the restaurant and hotel properties. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is a plus. The right candidate must be available to work 4am- 12pm with weekend availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledgeable about the preparation and ingredients of every selection on the menu
Receiving and putting away food deliveries
Bread making
Operating a dough sheeter
Creativity in making breads/croissants/cinnamon rolls and tea items

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work 4am- 12pm shift with weekend availability
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
Must have reliable transportation
Basic knowledge of bread production
Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
The ability to work as a team with a fluid result
