Dunkin' - Immediate Baker

Responsibilities Include:

Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
Identify and escalate product quality issues
Ensure equipment is used correctly
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Promote a people-focused culture in the bakery
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Work in other positions as directed

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Standing on feet for extended periods
Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
Lifting objects up to 50 lbs
Adhering to strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
