Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts with care and precision
Follow recipes accurately and maintain strict food safety standards
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets efficiently
Package and present baked goods attractively to delight customers
Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to keep the kitchen well-stocked
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in baking and food preparation with a focus on quality and safety
Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely
Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives
Willingness to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am

Schedule & Work Environment

Part-time position with 15-25 hours per week
Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
Flexible 4 to 8 hour shifts in a lively, on-site setting
