Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and edit legal documents and closing packages with a high level of accuracy
Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and title companies
Review and negotiate title work and ensure accuracy of closing documents
Analyze and confirm details in entity documents, purchase agreements, and loan documents
Coordinate with internal document specialists and funding assistants to ensure seamless closings
Deliver exceptional client service and respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone
Track and manage deadlines and document workflows across multiple active files

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years’ experience in representing private lenders in non-owner-occupied real estate transactions
Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, responsive, and client-focused
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document systems
A positive, team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
Bachelor's Degree
