Job Description

Our client located in Wilmington, VT is looking for a Bank Branch Manager for their team!Your qualifications for the Bank Branch Manager position are as follows:

Bachelors degree in business or 5 years progressive banking experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience
Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
Experience with relevant banking software, Jack Henry is a plus

For the Bank Branch Manager position your duties will include:

Manage daily branch operations and serve as primary contact for consumer lending and business development
Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
Establish customer service standards and sales goals, and enforce operational processes and SOPs
Develop new business with existing and prospective clients; participate in civic activities to increase banks visibility in the community
Collaborate with key business and operational teams
Maintain and update core processing platforms
Other tasks as assigned
