Banking Call Center Representative Compensation
- The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional employee perks.
Banking Call Center Representative Highlights

Banking Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- Assist clients through inbound calls regarding credit products, short-term lending, and general banking needs
- Identify customer financial goals and recommend banking products, services, and solutions
- Support card servicing inquiries and provide customized account solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell products including credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through active listening, rapport building, and problem resolution
- Refer clients to licensed sales or specialty banking partners when appropriate
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards in a fast-paced call center environment
Banking Call Center Representative Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of call center and/or banking experience preferred
- Experience with inbound customer service or financial services environments preferred
- Sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referral experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate computer proficiency required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work weekends and scheduled holidays as needed
- Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback, and adapting to process changes
