About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Operations Contractor to join our client's team in the financial services sector. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the automation and optimization of banking operations through the use of technology and process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on banking operations best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking operations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Expertise in banking operations and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
- 6-9 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with automation and technology solutions in banking operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry.
