About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Banking Operations Contractor to join our client's team in the financial services sector in Morristown. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring efficient and compliant processes, developing and implementing banking operations strategies, and optimizing operations through technology.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of banking operations strategies and processes.
Conduct analysis and provide insights on banking operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support the automation and optimization of banking operations through the use of technology and process improvements.
Provide training and guidance to team members on banking operations best practices and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking operations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
Proficiency in using technology to optimize processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automation tools in banking operations.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
