It requires identifying and escalating potential fraudulent activity based on sound judgment and bank procedures. The specialist will also contribute to general operations and team support, requiring strong policy interpretation and process management skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily online bill pay, wire enrollments, and online banking profile account maintenance.
- Detect and report suspected fraudulent activity using available tools and procedures.
- Escalate identified fraud cases immediately to leadership for prompt action.
- Assist with various operational tasks to support the online enrollment team.
- Interpret and apply financial services policies and procedures effectively.
- Minimum three years of financial services operations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to detect and report suspicious financial activity.
- Proven experience in interpreting and applying operational policies and procedures.
