Work with internal users toexecuteprojects thatimprovethetechnology experienceofinternal & external end users,create operationalefficiencyandimprove insight into system performance while ensuring information integrity.Responsible forassistingwith incoming change controlrequestand support questions.
Qualifications:This person should have a high school diploma plus be working towards a higher education degree. Effective communication skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are essential. This person mustpossessanalytical, technical writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
PrincipalResponsibilities:
Work onprojectsassigned by Banking Systems Administrators.Document, track, andmanage projectworkstreamsasassigned,and provide regular status updates toappropriate administrators and project stakeholders
Provideapplication support onescalated incoming ticketsensureeach customer has apositive service experience.
Execute onchangecontrol tasks as directed byBanking System Administratorsin accordance withthe change-control policy.
Investigate, review, and evaluate business information andprocesses. Share observations with Banking Systems Administrators as it relates to process improvementopportunitiesand/or workflow obstacles in support ofmaintaininga secure,efficientandaccurateenvironment.
Assistwith researching and implementing effective solutions to departmental needsin accordance withcompliance requirements.
Assistin creating and updating departmental procedures for all tasks performed.
Assistteam withservice desksupportcoverageas needed.
Perform work bydeterminingpriorities, analyzing alternatives, and selecting applicable methods and procedures for completion.
Actin accordance withFBT policies and procedures asset forth inemployee handbook.
Adhere to compliance procedures andparticipatein required compliance training.
