Drafting and polishing legal documents and correspondence
Keeping case files organized from open to close (you love a good system)
Supporting attorneys with research and trial/hearing prep
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and teammates with professionalism and confidence
Jumping in on general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Bankruptcy experience is required. Experience in Business Services, Commercial Real Estate, General Litigation, Foreclosure is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
Ability to work independently while still being a great team player
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Clear, professional communication skills
