Responsibilities:

Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documentsE-filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (CM/ECF)Managing deadlines and court calendarsCommunicating with clients, trustees, and courtsMaintaining electronic and physical case filesAssisting attorneys with document and case preparation

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a bankruptcy legal assistant preferredProficiency with CM/ECF and bankruptcy softwareStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadline
