Job Description

Talis Group’s company client, a Louisville law firm specializing in Bankruptcy, is hiring a Paralegal to join their firm. This position is full-time, on site, and offers benefits including health insurance, retirement/ profit sharing and paid time off. Salary: $55,000.This is an excellent position for an experienced bankruptcy paralegal who likes to work independently for a small law office. Highlighted Duties:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, managing bankruptcy cases, and supporting court filings.
Responsibilities also include utilizing tools like Best Case software.
conducting legal research on bankruptcy law, preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 documents, and coordinating with courts as needed.

Highlighted Qualifications:

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and electronic filing.
Knowledge of Bankruptcy Law and experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings is preferred but not required.
Experience in working with Courts and handling related processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
