• Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
• Strong physical stamina, as the position requires lifting and carrying heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is a plus
