What You Will Do
As a Banquet Bartender you will
- Set up and break down banquet bar stations for events
- Prepare and serve cocktails beer wine and non alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly professional and efficient guest service
- Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during events
- Work closely with banquet servers and event staff to ensure smooth service
- Adapt to varying event schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are
- Experienced and able to work in fast paced event environments
- Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Professional and able to remain composed under pressure
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling
- Preferred
- Previous banquet or event bartending experience
- Knowledge of standard cocktails beer and wine service
Certifications Requirement
Must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Server Certification and Food Handler Card as required by state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is a physically active role Candidates must be able to
- Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kegs cases and bar equipment
- Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
- Work quickly and safely in a high volume event environment
- Handle glassware spills and cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain stamina and focus during long event shifts
