Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Barback will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including clearing plates from bar guest then cleaning after they leave, washing bar glassware in bar dishwasher, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. WEEKENDS and Holidays are mandatory
Responsibilities:
Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including sweeping
Filling Ice Bins as needed
- Running food from kitchen as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD! No Exceptions
