About Isla Bella Beach Resort:
Nestled on 24 oceanfront acres in the heart of the Florida Keys, Isla Bella Beach Resort offers a luxurious escape with stunning views, exceptional dining, and unparalleled service. Join our team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
- Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening.
- Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled.
- Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary work environment.
- Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be of legal age to handle alcoholic beverages in Florida
