Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the bartenders and/or servers in the performance of their duties to ensure a
positive experience for our guest
- Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replace
bottles on Berg System, replenish juice used at bars
- Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the
approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7
- Maintain all areas clean including bar mats and coolers, empty garbage, and mop floors
- Move bar supplies from storage areas to the appropriate bar locations
- Ensures the proper service of alcohol by following the current laws of the state and the
policies of the company
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that
require the same type of license
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
- Must complete all necessary company training.
