Essential Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships with regular customers and contribute to a positive cafe culture
Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Prepare and serve food items while following food safety guidelines
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products
- Monitor product freshness and communicate inventory needs
Operations
- Operate point-of-sale
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily cash procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
