SCP is seeking a friendly morning person to work in our Hotel Cafe in Redmond, Oregon.

The Role:
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
- Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
- Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in your day-to-day job duties.
- Provide guests with friendly, fast, and personalized service in accordance with Hotel standards.
- Accurately prepare amazing beverages and serve light meals for guests in a warm, welcoming, and fast-paced manner.
- Ring sales orders into the cash register and maintain an accurate bank during cash transactions.
- Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The Essentials:
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
- Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
- 1 year in cashiering, barista, or food running preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate.
