Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various hospitality settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and restaurants. Duties

Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry
Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash
Familiarity with retail math for pricing drinks and calculating bills
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus

One year bartending experience is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.
