Since 2003, The Lakes has been more than just a place to eat and drink-we're a full resort destination featuring a 9-hole golf course, 15 motel rooms, and a full-service bar and grill with indoor and outdoor seating. We're proudly family-owned and nestled between three beautiful lakes, making our location as special as the people who work here. As a bartender, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll mix and serve drinks with skill and speed, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Whether you're crafting classic cocktails, serving up local brews, or recommending your favorite wine, you'll be an essential part of the guest experience. You'll also manage tabs, handle payments, restock the bar, and work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly.

In return, we offer competitive base pay plus tips that often bring your earnings to $20–$30 per hour or more. Our team members enjoy great perks like an extra pay on major holidays, discounted meals, and free soda during shifts. Our staff that is 21 or older will be treated with a complimentary drink at the end of your shift. Golf lovers take note - employees also get access to our beautiful course. Full-time staff are eligible for our 401(k) program as well.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be 21 or older, have strong communication skills, and bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift. We're looking for someone dependable, flexible, and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience behind the bar is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person who's eager to learn.
