Bartender — Dog Haus (Ballpark Commons, Franklin WI)

Position Overview

Join the Dog Haus at Ballpark Commons, where you'll be the face behind the bar—crafting drinks, engaging guests, and helping deliver an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, craft casual Biergarten environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver guest hospitality: Create a welcoming, fun bar atmosphere and provide top-tier service from first drink to last call
Craft drinks to Dog Haus recipes: Mix cocktails, serve beer and wine according to quality standards and portion guidelines
Know beer styles: Demonstrate solid understanding of beer offerings—especially local craft varieties featured at Dog Haus
Upselling & menu guidance: Recommend drink & food pairings and suggest promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain bar standards: Keep workspace clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout shifts; follow all service and safety protocols.
Team coordination: Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service. Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced bar setting.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to sell and guide guests effectively.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays—peak hours align with Ballpark Commons traffic patterns

Compensation & Benefits

Wage: Approximately $7.25/hour plus tips—total earnings depend on shift and performance
