Controls Design Engineer - Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin - Large Controls CompanyPOSITION:
- Applications Engineer/Controls Design Engineer
- Prior experience as an applications or Controls Engineer
- Develop Sequence of Operations for each project
- Provides product and application technical support and training
- Visit customer sites to perform job walks
- Programs equipment controllers and provides start-up assistance for new customers
- Helps create quotes and controls estimations
- Lead and develop detailed automation data and designs and prepare them for submittals
- Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently
- Help and support controls programmers and project managers
- Willingness to learn how to program in specific BAS lines
- Knowledge and Understanding of Tridium Niagara or Honeywell is highly preferred
- Founded over 40 Years ago
- Mix of Retrofit, Service, Design-build/New Construction.
- Work/Services:
- Wholesale distributor to Commercial HVAC Building Automation controls and industrial process controls. They also provide services such as: Submittals, Site surveys, Wiring Diagrams, Programming, Commissioning and Start up, Technical Support
