Job Description

As a Dunkin' franchisee, we are seeking part time cake decorator to join our team of cake artists. Hours are flexible, approximately 20 hrs/wk and can be completely independent!

Key responsibilities:

Decorating Cakes, Clown Cones and Polar Pizzas according to design standards.
Maintain consistent inventory to sell with a production goal of 4 cakes/hour
Managing cake and icing inventory
Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's, stocking, and following all sanitation procedures
Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership
Stocking and maintenance of product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant
Receiving and processing online, phone, and in person cake orders

Physical Demands:

Standing on feet
Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
Lifting objects including boxes, baskets, and pans up to 50#
Working in a variety of areas (cross trained)
Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
Ensure equipment is used as designed
Maintain a clean and organized staging area
Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
Communicate effectively and managers and coworkers
Work other positions as director by supervisors.
