At Bassett, Design Consultants play a very significant role with the company by providing experienced, professional and services with our clients. As a Bassett design consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy building relationships while providing a luxury experience in the retail sales environment.What we are looking for:· Minimum 1 year Sales Experience with high-end furniture and luxury retail sales environment.· Home Interior Design, or Art, and or relevant experience.· Highly organized· Results and goal-oriented· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Outgoing personality· Polished image· Ability to close the deal!Now might be the time for you to consider a career with Bassett Home Furnishings and join the team as we embark the exciting journey to success.Hourly compensation during the training period is $20.00 per hour and with our generous commission-based compensation plan, exceeding other competitors in our market your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply.
