About the Role: Bath & Shower Service Technician

As a Service Technician with Bath Experts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support for our bath and shower systems. This role requires inspecting, servicing, and transporting materials, as well as performing a range of repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues, performing necessary repairs
• Conduct service calls, including fixing leaks, recaulking seals, replacing shower components, adjusting shower doors, and completing other related tasks
• Respect the homeowner's property by maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Ensure all work meets company standards and satisfies customers
• Accurately document work performed, and materials used
• Properly maintain the company vehicle and keep it well-stocked with the necessary tools and materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
